'Venetian Jewel' featured in The Arts Business Institute Holiday Gift Guide

Today, I received a lovely note from Carolyn Edlund, Executive Director of The Arts Business Institute. 'Venetian Jewel' was selected for their 3rd Annual Great Handmade Holiday Gift Guide.  Check out the artisan offerings at http://bit.ly/1cv0h2G and consider a handmade Holiday gift for someone special.

I remember my amazement at this scene when I first took this photograph. The sheer beauty was only matched by the sense of community, as one observed locals and tourists gathering to spend an afternoon at the Piazza of the Basilica. They came to light a candle, to pray, to select an art gift at the market, or share a dolci and espresso. Always, the musicians added to the magic.
